Historically, Brian Head has had many lots from which to choose. During 2005 and early 2006, virtually all of the lots in Brian Head were purchased by a wave of unrelated buyers. Brian Head real estate finally became "hot!" Consequently there are fewer resale lots available and they are at prices substantially higher than in previous years. Prices are holding steady and the inventory is still limited. But there are some beautiful large lots in the Steam Engine Meadows subdivision, in Brian Head, with full utilities, about 1 mile east of SR 143. There is also going to be 13 additiional lots available at the Trails at Navajo later this summer.
